We use our state of the art Debeers/GIA approved Diamond Screener to check for treatment/lab grown diamonds, once completed, we asses colour, cut and clarity.
Watches:
We obtain a Watch Register search first, then we will check the serial number and paperwork to date the watch so we can check that all the components are authentic and original.
Luxury Jewellery:
We use the serial numbers to check for authenticity and asses the overall quality of the item, as well as XRF scanning to ensure the authenticity of precious metals.

How Brokerage works:

1. Get your valuables appraised and authenticated.
Using our state of the art equipment, from XRF scanners to GIA approved diamond screeners, and traditional techniques such as serial numbers and registeries we are able to check that all the components are authentic and original. Once we have assessed the item we can provide you with a no-obligation appraisal.

2. Agree on a Price
Once the items have been valued and appraised we can discuss and agree on a realistic retail value and selling price for us to be able to sell the piece(s) on your behalf; on our website, in our showroom, and to our wide range of private buyers across the UK and overseas.

3. Repair & Refurbish
To meet the high standards of our online store and showroom we may need to have your items repaired or refurbished. This involves an in depth cleaning and polishing process in order to meet our standards of quality that the piece will need to gain maximum exposure to potential buyers

4. Professionally Photographed & Advertised
Once your items have been cleaned and polished we have them professionally photographed, at no cost to yourself, so we can show them in their best light at the highest quality online.

5. We negotiate on your behalf
We simply charge a commission depending on the price we get for the item after cost/associated fees.
Over £10,000: 10% - Under £10,000: 15%

6. You're paid directly into your bank
Once sold we will pay the money straight into your bank account, as soon as the buyer is out of their 14 day cooling off period.
